DualSnap™

Dual-Mode Snapshot On-Machine Metrology System

DuSnap™ is a compact, dual-mode on-machine metrology system designed for real-time surface measurement during production. By combining laser interferometry and LED interference microscopy, DuSnap™ enables in-situ measurement of surface form and roughness without part removal—improving accuracy, throughput, and process stability on the production floor.

  • Key Features
  • Dual-mode measurement of surface form and roughness
  • Fast, assisted alignment enabled by dual-mode operation
  • Snapshot measurement for production floor environments
  • Snap-on installation on SPDT machines
  • Rapid on-machine tool alignment
